Post here your spells, potions, remedies and any other items that belong here but be WARNED we will be keeping an eye on this page. And it harm non, do what ye will.

Wiccan magic flows out of wiccan religion. The energy raised during a ritul will, if left to itself, dissipate into the enviroment. Rather than allow the energy to go to waste, wiccans use it for healing, and empowerment. The point of spells is to change or adapt reality in line with the magicians will. Before you takle any spell, be sure you are pure and that your object is both achievable and desirable. Changing reality is not something that should be done lightly or frivolously. Be careful what you wish for!- you just may get it.

"Chant (from Old French chanter[1]) is the rhythmic speaking or singing of words or sounds, often primarily on one or two pitches called reciting tones. Chants may range from a simple melody involving a limited set of notes to highly complex musical structures, often including a great deal of repetition of musical subphrases, such as Great Responsories and Offertories of Gregorian chant. Chant may be considered speech, music, or a heightened or stylized form of speech. In the later Middle Ages some religious chant evolved into song (forming one of the roots of later Western music). David1997199 The ways of making magick 1 Aug 20 2008, 10:45 AM EDT by David1997199

The [eight pointed asterisk] sign on the Athame is said to represent,
among other things, the Eight Paths which all lead to the Center and
the Eight Ways of Making magic, and these are:
1. Meditation or concentration.
2. Chants, Spells, Invocations. Invoking the Goddess, etc.
3. Projection of the Astral Body, or Trance.
4. Incense, Drugs, Wine, etc. Any potion which aids to release the
Spirit.
5. Dancing
6. Blood control. Use of the Cords.
7. The Scourge.
8. The Great Rite.

You can combine many of these ways to produce more power.
To practice the Art successfully, you need the following five things:
1. Intention. You must have the absolute will to succeed, the firm
belief that you can do so and the determination to win through
against all obstacles.
2. Preparation. You must be properly prepared.
3. Invocation. The Mighty Ones must be invoked.
4. Consecration. The Circle must be properly cast and consecrated
and you must have properly consecrated tools.
5. Purification. You must be purified.

i like this cos it brakes it down simply.. and lets u understand how u can "make magick" but there's a bit more... with this there was a bit more info.. to me it's just waffle and i can't follow most of it... but just incase u want to read it here it is....

David1997199 The Laws of the Power 1 Aug 20 2008, 10:31 AM EDT by David1997199

i always found these to be the guide lines that i follow with my practises...

The Laws of Power

-The Power shall not be used to bring harm, to injure or control others. But if the need rises, the Power shall be used to protect your life or the lives of others.

-The Power is used only as need dictates.

-The Power can be used for your own gain, as long as by doing so you harm none.

-It is unwise to accept money for use of the Power, for it quickly controls its taker. Be not as those of other religions.

-Use not the Power for prideful gain, for such cheapens the mysteries of Wicca and magick.

-Ever remember that the Power is the sacred gift of the Goddess and God, and should never be misused or abused.

-And this is the law of the Power.
